  2. Sniper: Uses rude comments, biting sarcasm, or a well-timed roll off the eyes to belittle others.
  3. Grenade: After a brief period of calm, he/she, explodes into unfocused raving and ranting.
  4. Know-It-All: Has a low tolerance for correction and contradiction.
  5. Think-They-Know-It-All: They know how to learn just enough to sound like what they are talking about.
  6. “Yes” Person: In effort to please people and avoid confrontation, they say “yes” even without thinking.
  7. “Maybe” Person: In a moment of decision, he/she procrastinates in the hope that a better choice will come.
  8. “Nothing” Person: No verbal feedback; no Non-Verbal feedback; doesn’t contribute to the conversation.
  9. “No” Person: Disguised as a mild-mannered normal person, he/she fights a never-ending battle of futility, hopelessness, and despair.
  10. Whiner: They feel helpless and overwhelmed by an unfair world; offering solutions makes you bad company, so their whining escalates.
